Watermelon Eating Contest
How fast can you eat watermelon? Can you do it without your hands? Prepare to get messy when you join this free, fun activity, a great way to cool off after the dodge ball competition. All ages welcome.
Saturday, August 3, at 3 p.m. near the stage in Max Patterson Park.
This event is free. There will be 10 groups of 5 people (all ages, kids too!). The winners of each of these will compete in two groups of 5. The top two people from those groups will compete for 4 spots.
The winner will be the first person who eats his/her watermelon down to the rind without using their hands. If they use their hands they are disqualified or that is their place.
There will be prizes!
