Watermelon Eating Contest
How fast can you eat watermelon? Can you do it without your hands? Prepare to get messy when you join this free, fun activity, a great way to cool off on a hot day. All ages welcome.
Saturday, August 6, at 2 p.m. near the stage in Max Patterson Park.
This event is free. There will be multiple groups of children sorted by ages, plus an adult category.
The winner will be the first person who eats his/her watermelon down to the rind without using their hands. If they use their hands they are disqualified.
